My last post before getting off here. I have communicated with the new Ceo and this is my impression. I think he really does feel the weight of what Astrom has done to the shareholders. It was Johns legal team that did all the work with this buyout.

We need to get the pr's that Astrom issued for weeks and months just so he can see what this guy did. Someones got these. It must be archived with Yahoo. If one of us can find the time we need to ask how we can get these. The Sec seems to always be able to get this info if its required in a hearing or proceeding.

rruff has some solid points and he has articulated them as good as anyone can. Better than I could anyway.

John has stated that he did not know Astrom and has no connection with him. I believe this.

I do have a few questions left. What did Astrom get out of this deal?. He had to sell for cash if John has control of all the stock. We don't even have to know the amount but its obvious that Astrom made out handsomely. How was this company discovered? Astrom had to be selling this company by some means. When was it advertised and who brokers such a deal?

Was he doing this when he was issuing the divvys or when he was releasing pr's about the million dollar contracts every month?

What happened to the shareholders money? Did Astrom do this r/s raising the share price so he could sell his? We could not sell ours remember? trading was halted. He must have ordered this.

Did he arrange things so it looked like these were the o/s that John was given by Astrom or to Johns attorney. How many shareholders are there? How many people took losses that don't post here.

How much did Astrom make off with from all this?. We know now that Astrom is nothing less than a low class crook. This will be the 29th business where he has caused losses to so many people. He needs to get picked up for fraud. this would entail wire fraud and theft or embezzlement thru securities fraud.

John got this dumped on him as we did. Imagine being in his shoes unbeknownst to him, the scam he was setting up so he could sell and book(bail). Astrom made it look good and he pulled it off, but we know what he has done as shareholders. I believe he would have to declare a bankruptcy to cause shareholders to lose their holdings.

I think honestly that John needs to call this guy to the carpet with his legal experts explaining this to them and see what can be done with this guy. This really really stinks just on principal alone. If this guy isn't handcuffed he will continue with his next scam. Didn't someone post of another company he his heading up? Another public company?

John will be an excellent Ceo and shouldn't have to brush shoulders with the likes of Astrom. This guy is high caliber and wouldn't have an association with someone like Astrom. His credentials have been posted and his career background is open for anyone to research. This is the only way he and Astrom would ever cross paths. Astrom has pulled the wool over allot of peoples eyes. He's a professional con.

I agree with the captain and pql as well. John deserves an even break. This doesn't mean Astrom should get off the hook. It means he should not be blamed for what this shmuck has done to so many. Even him now.

Lets give him an opportunity to present this new company and its business model. One thing is for sure we need real business professionals in this sector. This will be a new and reputable business and a mans word is as good as his character and no reporting company Ceo is better than this.

Maybe he can answer a few of these questions about Astrom and see if there is anything of interest here to him. If not all those interested in pursuing Astrom by other means make it known. Like I said earlier, Astrom will do this one to many times if he continues and he probably will if not stopped.

One thing I do believe that this is a new a clean company with a reputable Ceo. Who is making an effort to reach all of us. I think he deserves to be listened to. He sounds like he very business savvy. Who knows this may turn out to be a company everyone grows to love. Its a heck of away to meet but it may turn out that because of all this something real positive come from it and everyone gets wealthier with their investments. At the very least folks he needs our support and to get things kicked off right.

In my next life I think I should be a politician. I am exhausted from this day so good night sleep well and tomorrow is another day.
