COLL already defeated Purdue in a similar action and IPCI like COLL is relying on their own novel delivery tech so I definitely see IPCI settling with Purdue by/b4 years end.

With that said however as long as the Purdue lawsuit isn't settled by the Sept PDUFA date then all IPCI will receive is a tentative approval...which in and of itself will clear the runway for a lucrative Rexista partnership as long as whoever IPCI's negotiating with also believes that IPCI's legal team is going to reach a settlement with Purdue by/b4 year end glty
