In fairness to BTMD, they are claiming it will "kill" a virus. The other side of the story is a so what? That particular virus cannot survive outside a host for more than a few moments, maybe only seconds. So, even if all of BTMD's claims are what they wish us to read into them ... of what significance are they?

The bottom line for BTMD is simple; if there was any substance to BTMD, they would file and not gag the TA. They also wouldn't be wallowing around in the swamp with the infamous PCBM boys. And they definitely would not surrender a million dollars worth of stock for a mere 50K. All of which leads me to the conclusion that if by some chance BTMD did have something worthwhile as a company, Houser would grossly mismanage the thing and run it straight into the ground.
