I don't think he directly answers that question if the plan is to be acquired by another company. Granted he may have to answer that question to the acquiring company. Let's not forget his track history either. He's been about taking a company, creating value, then cashing out. Granted, that doesn't automatically mean that's his plan for SPORT/TITAN. But we have to keep in mind that's all he's done in the past.

However, if being acquired is the plan then the balancing act he's going to have to do is going to be interesting. No way he comes out and admits this to the public. He may tow the company line of saying the plan is to take it to market etc. But behind closed doors be setting the company up to be acquired.
