NOT correct.Almost all pennny stock now trade on the "pink sheets" regardless of reporting status. PTSC trades there as well. Notice how for EDIG is says "reporting status current". Same thing for PTSC. EDIG may have missed the date but they have not moved exchanges because of it and are still listed as "Current" on the OTC website as the link below shows. In my opinion:
