This thing seems like an interesting play. It is now an operating company with a large contract with a very large company. If Stellar is satisfied with their work on the Long Island project, you have to think they have many others for CPWY on one of their many other properties. Hopefully once the current project is complete, they will start issuing press releases informing shareholders of their operations and plans for the future.
