I truly believe this is short plays. The numbers on bid and ask always add up. I know some say it cannot be shorted but that is not true. If you have the means anything can be shorted. Offshore accounts really help also. I know a few that short OTC on a regular basis. I am not there, nor worth the risk to me. They tell me they are big into volume watching for this, chart really does not matter.
