AES
It fell to as low as $10.96 on july 3rd. That is what I know. It also closed at $11.01 on monday so well below $11.12, so don't get what you are saying. Under $11 today. The reason why aes has never traded higher in my opinion than other utilities, and I think FWIW is a reason that doesn't make sense, is aes doesn't payout as large of % of earnings. AES is only paying out .48, yet they earn $1.05 if they meet forecast less then 50%, others like duk or aep pay a substancial % more out to investors. aes is focused on growth hence they don't pay as much back, I think there will come a time the growth investor will pay attention to this superior growth forecast and reasonable valuation in the sector, then again I could be completely wrong. time will tell. all is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
