Not to beat a dead horse but the first one in May was a bought deal to Mackie and the second one , Mackie is promising to "best efforts" sell the shares as a broker and is getting 6.5 % to do so.
So is one exactly like the other?
What is the difference between the two?
And I don't recall hearing about this termination, or the reason for it.
