if finra ordered DOLV to go to court, as a requirement of the ticker change, and if there's no link between the very real chinese company and the docs filed to do the RM, then the SEC will halt DOLV.

the weakest link in the DD from day one has been the PRs. the first one ever issued was inaccurate in many ways. we passed that off as being a machine translation error, but nothing has come since.

the "anti pump" using no news from the company may be designed to avoid SEC scrutiny, since the first thing the feds will shut a ticker down for is false claims. unfortunately, fake RMs to sell shares happen all the time.

but maybe the company will break its silence and show the world how legit they are.
