How many of you would go out and pay an inventor $6M for a company with no revenues, no patents, no manufacturing facilities and no customers, but thought it a good idea to invest in PHBT anyway?

Hmmmmm.. And there's no way PHBT collects a dime from the Mazziotti brothers, they already went bankrupt. Oh, that little puddle in Kentucky? It's got 2 senior leins on it already.. HoHoHo!
