Allan Joseph should have filed evidence that Swig does business in Florida and an affidavit from a Florida resident that they have purchased Swig product in Florida and viewed it in Florida and/or have purchased and viewed UF in Florida during the timeframe that Goulash admits he was CEO of a now-defunct UF-Swig JV (Feb-Apr). That may be the next iteration - back to international Shoe and a contestation of personal jusrisdiction by the Flowduh court over Goulash.
