So, let's see. He'll admit that he was unofficially the CEO for the purpose of sending whatever letters out, and that he was compensated for such service, but that no papers were ever filed naming him to such a post, and the appointment was always meant to be temporary.
He won't mention the K2 and Longside contracts or lawsuits in any way. That is, he won't bother to deny that he's ever heard of any of that.
I expect he may deny meeting any of the Foleys. The whole pro forma CEO arrangement was done over the phone and via e-mail.
The question is whether that'll be good for another 30 days.
