Nordnet answered my question about the spin-off of Tri-Way. They said they will not force-sell anything.

Their problem is to keep track of the number of shares You own. As they do not trade on H-K Exchange they will not have access to the stock register of Tri-Way, I am told.

They don´t know how SIAF/Tri-Way will handle this. Are Tri-way going to keep their own stock register OR will they doublelist on Mercur or OTC from where Nordnet can get access to the stock register?

I don´t think Tri-Way will be listed anywhere else than Hong Kong. To me it sounds like I have to move the Tri-Way shares to another bank to be able to sell any of those shares.

Take some effort from me but I think I can survive that. :)
