Totally agree, I think the numbers I see projected here are low, I see dollars with a buy out and/or corporate sponsors, not in the next few months but within a year IMO, like you said this is a rare find in the pinks. I got in at 24 and like a lot of people will build while I can but the opportunity at these prices will fade fast.
