The billionaire I think he's talking about is a MULTI billionaire and has a direct line to the biggest billionaire in the US/World and most likely knows many more billionaires, it appears a couple of things have to happen before the fun really begines here and the main thing would to me be go get those filings done.

This is no joke, BVTK will most likely be one of the biggest if not the biggest play ever in the history of the OTC if that Patent is given full clearance.
