I don't think that's the case at all. The corporate governance/actions of this company have been questionable at best to be polite. They also got lucky. Recreational could've been delayed for months in NV, like other states -it wasn't. The distribution injunction could've been upheld - it wasn't. Jess Sessions could've been an issue - he isn't. This pig isn't pretty, but it's going to roll and roll until October.
