Samuel Oshana's Northbridge Financial has purchased a $750,000 debt owed by DRWN. Oshana then brought suit against DRWN for payment of that debt. The link above is the complaint. The suit was brought on 27 June. On 28 June, the judge approved a settlement that will result in the issuance of an enormous amount of stock under Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Act of 1933.

The stock will be issued in tranches. Each tranche will be immediately free trading.
