Hey, don't feel so bad. I was in a 3 1/2 hour consultation with a law firm that handles cases like this.

Good news is they couldn't stop laughing at how many ways PGPM made it easy for them to move forward with litigation.

I was assured they could clinch the amount I lost and very possibly more, not less, by going after the personal or business assets owned by individuals in Executive Management - this isn't their first rodeo.

Good thing is they arent charging me a dime, and they have one more win for the books.

Guess we'll all see what the outcome is sooner or later. But, definitely a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.
