C-mon, If so simple Explain HP/HPE, admitting they don't have the resources. If they don't have resources from their own employees and teams from within the company you don't think they'd hire additional Telecom staffing from the outside as well? Why not? And again, how could BVTK even be relevant next to a MEGA Corp, like Hewlett-Packard trying to manage NASA, in what appears to be an impossible nearly dysfunctional situation. If that link is true, then BVTK might only be as good as an entity recommendation forrr HPE through one of those staffing agency's. In other words they be working for HPE, and it still doesn't matter.
