In regards to a buyout u are correct, called bringing the co private. 500M shares plus, 35M in debt, outdated technology. Maybe deal would be .05 share at the most bring deal to around 60M which is still overpriced at 2 to 1. Remember the note holders are in bed with mgt of the co, so todays filing was a negative for the co.
