BINGO! I was surprised myself. Havent seen any details on how BVTK tends to deal with Technical Resource issues with some of these contracts. Where are they going to get the Personnel to deal with it. If I'm asking these questions don't you think that these big companies we have these contracts with, wouldn't ask the same?
