Unaware of the 2/20/17 180 days from deal. Jimmy & Stain -

Ok, first with Jimmy: Please give me a list of the companies you refer to that had "legitimate" companies tied with them and they fell off face of the earth.

Stain - I actually do real estate and was not aware of the "within or before" the 180 day time frame FROM 2/20/17. I only do residential, so clearly, a transaction like this would be much more complex and need a lot more wiggle room in terms of timelines.

That changes things a lot. For me at least. Technically that gives til 8/20/17 which is about 6-7 weeks away still. Whoever said verbal land discussions are not valid is correct. At least in Minnesota that's how it works for real estate, but pretty sure country wide.

I'm not selling a thing and don't expect them to wrap things up on I-hub investors timeline. lol. Hanks should not have spoke anything whatsoever about 7-10 days closing unless he meant something else. I would think he would have an inkling of how real estate timelines work?

Land and permits are the 2 things that will put this in the stratosphere as that will pretty much be 100% iron clad proof this refinery is being built.

Things can get delayed. It's part of the biz and how the world turns, so as long as the land is locked up either on or near end of August this year, I wouldn't think permits would take too long to get once survey and other land tests if needed are completed, but I don't have a clue on the timelines of those either as each one is bound to differ depending on the logistics behind each one.

$'s per share we still have to take in account for the amount of shares outstanding. There has to me a reasonable market cap especially reducing the output to 10,000 vs. 50,000. I do like that concept to be honest as it's doesn't "inflate" expectations for starting at 50,000 barrels a day refined. Smart to make money on a smaller based production so any "toxic loans" may not be necessary and can finance expansion from the 10,000.

Very smart in my opinion. The strategic location next to a railroad is also pretty intelligent as well.

Good luck and happy 4th to all!
