I think Tom is perilously close to violating SEC rules with his tweets, etc. He may not have exactly violated with any one tweet, but taken in total, with absolutely no filings to back anything up, it becomes a pattern of exaggeration, which IS a violation. It is pumping, and we have seen the dilution that has followed.
Time will tell. If they (SEC) act, we will learn right away, but the stock will tank like a rock in a fishbowl if that happens. I will be keeping a SHARP eye on my holdings in case I have to make a fast strategy change.
