Yup, NO LAND, NO Refinery. NOBODY can argue this point, so all these "well said" comments are funny as missing the LAND component. A lot of pumping gibberish but none of those posts mention the obvious, WHERE IS THE LAND???!!!!!!!

I'm long and have posted some decent DD on this stock, but patience is wearing thin with not only me per price down.

WHERE is the LAND closing contract? I do find it a bit hard to believe however that some competent companies which seems Hanks is working with would even want their name associated with MMEX IF this was a "SCAM".

This does lead me to believe there WILL be something announced, but it better be relatively soon or this thing will start to drop again.

Let's get this confirmed and move on to the next step!!!!!
