@skinnyman1967 google BO and what happens - but the main thing you must understand based on the posts here is that the shareholders MUST agree to the B/O! We are not going to agree to selling our shares for .05! DCTH will remain trading until the execution date, if and when this is agreed to by the majority of SH> in this period it is possible for another BO offer to be made that increases the bid (bidding war!). So just know when/if this happens like I predict it is good
