I'm curious how it did not work with weed.

I don't care that it did not work well with pills (in any method you load and operate the grinder). I'm more curious how/why it did not grind your weed well as you say, as that is obviously its intended purpose. What do you mean it did not work well? Can you be more specific? Was it a matter of not loading chamber correctly and turning upside down etc.?

...still hoping news comes out this week.
