I'm glad we have people testing the product and telling us about issues they're having. This instance is a learning experience and on the Easy Grinder instructions we need to explain the best use. On the instructions we need to tell the end user to:

Loading and usage-
1. Rotate the dry herb chamber while holding onto the battery section to separate the two sections. Load your herb camber and rotate the sections back together.
2. Turn the Easy Grinder dispense cap down while the magnetic slide cap is closed.
3. Hit the power button 3 times until the battery light lights up and the blades turn on.
4. Turn your Easy Grinder dispense cap up and allow your desired grinding items to fall onto the blades.
5. Still with the dispense cap up, open the magnetic slide cap and slowly turn your Easy Grinder over to control the amount and speed you are dispensing your ground items. You can keep the blades spinning if you desire to help get everything out of the chamber.
