LOL!!! Really?

"Government never dismisses a case unless they have NO case.....period"

And WHAT do you base that opinion on?

So by that logiKK, then SPNG's MICHAEL METTER was innocent because the US Attorney for EDNY had to drop the indictment charges against him when the court ruled that all the email evidence and hard drive evidence must be EXCLUDED because the USA took too long to turn over copies of the hard drives to the defense counsel. And evidence error that made it untenable to go forward with prosecuting him so the USA dropped the charges. His co-defendant, STEVEN YEHUDA MOSKOWITZ had already pleaded guilty to securities fraud and even participated wearing a wire trying to gett others, including METTER, to make admissions on tape. Butt while the Feds gott MOSKOWITZ to plead guilty, METTER walked because of EXCLUSION of the hard drives and email because the Feds took too long to turn them over to the defense and make a privilege log.

Common legal loophole for guilty parties to escape punsihment - tons of such loopholes.

An act (or omission) by the prosecution doesn't make a defendant not guilty in-fact, it just makes it virtually impossible to try the case against them so the government drops the charges.

This happens ALL THE TIME in criminal cases and civil cases brought by the government too. Everybuddy knows this and is aware of evidence exclusion resulting in claims and charges being dropped. In fact, it is the most common way that criminal prosecutions are derailed. All kinds of evidence is challenged by defense counsel and excluded, and MILLIONS of criminal defendants who are in-fact guilty walk away scot-free because of evidence exclusion.

I thought everyone knew this, I guess nott everyone does.

Weird.

(Oh, and OJ Simpson and Robert Blake aren't murderers either.)
