It's amazing to me how anyone could read the filings & put a negative spin on them. All they show me is an aggressive billionaire successfully completing a hostile takeover of a company with over $100 million dollars in DoD contracts! This company "TMPS" has no business what-so-ever trading at less than $2.50 NOW, let alone the in the immediate future!
