LMAO! The only link to Sheba was a site for raising money called Friends of Sheba - if you pay them they will put in your press release.

The link on the site - is for 2 penny stock pumping rags - Emerging Growth and CFN Media - so OWCP is paying for pumping.

Just like I was 100% accurate about OWCP not owning any patents - no one has proven my DD isn't accurate.

Post a link from Sheba that states they are funding the OWCP research about the psoriasis cream.

Plus, real Clinical trials cost tens of millions of dollars.

For Dermatology - Phase II cost $8.9 million - Phase III cost $11.5 million.
