The professional fees is for R&D - that is more wishful thinking rather than facts. Anyone that understands the a financial statement knows it is absurd to think part of R&D is hidden in Professional Fees.

Last 10-Q - R&D was $34k.

Does anyone ever read the financials?

And the company doesn't have IP listed as a asset - hell even they know it is worthless.
