I've noticed that same thing on the Tianyancha site. About a month ago or so it said that ZJMY Nanning branch was not active, closed or something to that effect. When Floridany posted on the Nanning Branch on the 13th, it appeared that it was active again (I could not find the inactive, or closed part). If the Nanning Branch is active, it will come into the merger. If it became inactive and was consolidated to another ZJMY location, it obviously will not be part of the merger only to the degree it is part of the other location. I expect there to be many JB&ZJMY locations throughout China over time, probably any city they establish the battery swap stations in.

Have you been able to access the Tianyancha site?

I haven't been able to for the last couple weeks. That site seemed to be the most complete on job postings and other details for ZJMY. It lists 57 companies (enterprises) for Wang Dequn. More than the 40 we've heard about many times.

6/15/17 Tianyancha site listed 47 job postings when other sites listed in the twenties. It was also more detailed on the job descriptions than most other job sites. The Tianyancha site keeps all the job listings posted even if they have been filled or closed.

6/12/17 My post containing Floridany's posts regarding the 40 plus Wang companies. Also includes a screen shot from the Tianyancha site, listing 57 Wang Dequn enterprises. You have to be a member of Tianyancha to be able to see all the listed companies though. I am not.
