I´ll try: You are now "glad" about a finally solved a problem (which actually was just for you one = "finally an existing account") ... and the fact you are "glad" about that could be interpreted as you really took care for this stock/company and its welfare ... that however doesn´t fit your previous behavior ... as you at best are neutral, but mostly rather negative in your comments, questions etc. ... the fact you avoid mostly sarcasm is a good tactic not getting immediately exposed in your actual role. I think I know pretty exactly what your role is here, not that difficult for one who is invested here and tries to support this (although we admittedly have tough times currently).
