I want to use a ph meter. Can't help you though, never can remember to get one when I'm somewhere that sells them.
The Walla-walla suggestion is very much appreciated. I have never had a better tasting onion.
The harvest instructions said that when the tops fall over, it's time to start curing them. They recommended starting early on a sunny day. This is roughly 1/3 of what we planted.
