There are no "dead shells" because David Dorwart has never been involved in a public entity before. He specializes in start-ups in the private sector and then sells them. Just like DPI Teleconnect which he sold after producing over $75 million in revenues.

Possibly, we might want to actually attempt to do some real due diligence.

He has a stellar reputation.
