You realize with the lock up period over, that now they can start dumping shares, right?

The real reason for the reverse split is that the pre reverse share count was so over loaded with sell orders that it would have bottomed out at $0.0001 within a few days and gone 'no bid'.

Now with the price back up to $0.10 or so, the stock can trade as they dump more and more shares onto the muppets in the retail market.
