Well. If the SEC sues crooks who deliberately mislead shareholder...and they feel the case is strong enough to stand up in court...can they really be deemed unwise? Clearly the SEC feels the need to "fight" for the injustice...

Not everyone has a crystal ball. Not everyone assumes all filings are lies.

Not saying for PGPM but in general...all IMO.
