If the SEC announced a investigation - there would hundreds of posts about the company getting it resolved very quickly. Just like the posts I read after a suspension - it was a misunderstanding and the company will be trading very soon.

And it would allow the insiders to continue to provide more fraudulent information so they can dump more shares.
