Since AW is not a public company, we don't truly know their P&L. The insiders are the only ones that really know. And I'm sure MVTG wants to pump up AW to satisfy their own shareholders.
I am not saying it was a dog either. ICLD has retained some skin in AW.

Fact is, it was not a core business for ICLD. They want to focus on areas profitable with higher margin work. ICLD needs to improve their balance sheet. They want to be able to get conventional asset based loans to fuel growth in core areas.
They are working hard to eliminate the toxic loans.
