This email was written by a 5th grader. No way was this from their IR people. I bet they are out of business now and paid someone to respond to emails. It's over everyone. The more I read the more is getting worse.
Either way this will trade in grey market or never trade again ever. It's not good at all. Brokers don't trade on grey sheets.
