Failing to understand BVTK's past means that once again, there is a high risk of history repeating itself, with a lot of bag holders being created. It would take almost 14 million dollars to clean up this share structure at the current price. No white knight or combination of white knights is going to put up that kind of money in this type of company when they do their DD. What's way cheaper and easier then paying to buy back shares? Answer....reverse split! Hmmm....where have we seen BVTK and reverse splits referenced before???
