I disagree with you about the HK IPO.
cost time and price as well as raise of funds at IPO,
People here got them all wrong...

Disclaimer - I consult companies going IPO in HK.

there are plenty of small companies that list at .05 to $1 a share
on the HK, growth enterprise market exchange

list by offers, lots of them in the $12 to $15 Million USD range
offers cover all costs and add to bottom line...

if everything is in order with audits it's much less than 2 years

just FYI

BUTI agree this is a spiderweb of companies deal.

I have not spent enough time taking it apart to give an opinion, and I wouldn't unless I spent a lot more of my time and money visiting all their operations.
