FOUR YEARS and FIVE MONTHS since the float of this 16 BILLION share FRAUD has been updated. Since Eddie DILUTED this POS SHAM last Oct with another 4B shares just assume the float was about tapped out at 12 billion.

About TWO YEARS on everything else including the AS which we all know is 16B not 12B as reported on OTC Markets.

This FRAUD is ripe for one of Eddies patented 1 for 100 REVERSE SPLITS which will lower the OS to 160 million shares letting Eddie brag it up in PR. Of course anyone holding this SHAM will lose everything when that RS takes place.

But....they were warned and warned and warned.
