The Securities and Exchange Commission instituted this proceeding with an Order Instituting Proceedings, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, on May 24, 2017. The proceeding has ended as to Double Crown Resources, Inc. Double Crown Res., Inc., Exchange Act Release No. 81042, 2017 SEC LEXIS 1981 (June 28, 2017). The Division of Enforcement and GMCI Corp., the remaining respondent, have jointly moved for a stay pursuant to 17 C.F.R. § 201.161(c)(2), stating that they have reached an agreement in principle to a settlement on all major terms in this matter. Accordingly, the proceeding will be stayed, contingent upon compliance with 17 C.F.R. § 201.161(c)(2).
