As far as the share price goes, I think a R/S is pretty well baked into the current price. I still do not believe we will go the R/S route at this point, and there will be sufficient news and developments in the month ahead to ensure we trade over $1 for at least 10 days and put us back in compliance with nasdaq requirements. If a R/S does take place, it will be sometime in the future from a position of strength, so as to reign in the outstanding share count, and allow the share price to run.
Or looking at it another way, if there is no R/S, this share price has a ways to run on confirmation of the same.
Still believe we are getting close to taking off here...imo
