I talked to Marty Lipper of Brill Securities about TXHG.

I was impressed by his knowledge of the properties both now and in the past. He explained why the properties were available and the fact that TX Holdings was able to get great deals on these leases. He has seen the properties and the wells and says this company will be very successful, even if they only pump 10 barrels a day from each well. He believes the only reason there is little interest in this company now is because they don’t have audited financials (and that's about to change very shortly). He explained that even if the price of oil goes down, and the wells don't produce as much as hoped, this company will still make money.

He is very positive about the short and long term prospects of TX Holdings. Remember, this same firm helped to start another oil company, Arena Resources (ARD), go from a little BB company to the NYSE, so they have done this before and know what it takes to become successful.

If anyone still has doubts about the potential of this company, I suggest you call Mr. Lipper of Brill securities (the number is on the latest PR) and ask some questions.
