That's a new one. I have to admit it hadn't occured to me before. They are spinning off the good assets because SIAF is a scam.
To some minor degree that's actually true. There are some minor issues with HSA and perhaps SJAP. But which multi billion $ company does not have issues?
Being a "scam" is a very large grey area. I know that the inferior brain prefers to explain reality in only two ways (either it's scam or it's not) but that's not how it works in reality.
For the people who think the company may be a scam, I have a piece of advice. Do not buy the stock. Do not torture yourself. It isn't worth it. And you end up selling your stock at the worst possible time.
It matters. The guy is obviously not stupid. But what if he starts selling or take profits at some stage? You will have to make up your own mind.
Frankly, I want to see a return on my investment tomorrow. Anyone who says differently is not completely honest with himself IMO. And I expect management to create shareholder value in the short term as well as in the long run.
