He is, but to my opinion it shows mostly that bitzio owns just a small part of GERS. KK owns most. And if there is a settlement it will be awarded to GERS. So those who will most likely profit from any reaction after the announcement are those who can sell shares of gers in rush that might happen and the ones who really own gers like KK
