I am long and will hold until the end. A gamble with 50/50 odds.

Best guess is government executes warrants and commons are worth $15-20. Don't think government willing to pass on billions. Believe government will recap with portion of warrants.

Believe a court win later this year, but settled based on above prior to appeal by government being decided.

Worse case government sells to the tbtf banks, shares of GSEs worthless and government stills receives billions but far less than above.
